Alison's illustrious career spans more than 30 years. At the age of 21, she formed Yazoo with Vince Clark who had then just left Depeche Mode. Together they had many famous hits including, Only You, Don't Go and Situation, which were not only cutting edge but helped define the electronic pop sound of the time. After going solo, Alison became the biggest female recording artist in the UK with huge hits including All Cried Out and Love Resurrection. Her work has been nominated for a Grammy and she has been awarded two Brit Awards.

Every one of Alison's ten albums has charted in the UK Top 30, with two going to No. 1. Alison's latest album, the minutes, was released in May and received wide critical acclaim, going straight in at No. 5 in the UK Albums Chart.
